Next weird thing, the UX around adding titles is odd. I know posts don’t have a hard 300 character limit. The docs suggest giving your post a title when it’s over 300 characters, but it’s not clear what that looks or feels like. Does only the title appear in the feed? If we jack into Hugo-level customizations can users provide a metadata field for a description and use that instead?
As a new user, it’s odd and surprising to me that the title field doesn’t even appear in the editor UI until the draft post contains at least 300 characters. I just checked for an account level setting to make this setting always appear, but no dice. That might be good fodder for a browser extension.
